What's actually in each plan
Free covers scoring, classifications, the roster, and a leaderboard. Paid turns on photos, messaging, and live tournaments. Medium and Large are about scale and admin tools, not new core features.

Free is not a trial.
A coach and five archers can run on the free plan until one of them quits the sport. No card, no clock. The reason it exists: a JOAD program starting Tuesday shouldn't have to file an expense report first.
What paid actually turns on.
Photos and video on score posts. Live tournaments where the venue scoreboard updates as archers tap. Head-to-head team games. Direct messages with a coach. Push notifications. Past that, Small / Medium / Large is mostly about how many archers you're paying for.
Running a state league or a 500-archer academy?
If Large doesn't fit because you're a state association with member clubs, or you need SSO, or your auditor cares where the database lives, email us. We'll write back the same week and figure out a number that isn't a wild guess.
